3. Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships

PadelCompare participates in affiliate marketing programmes. This means that when you click on a link to a Partner Shop on our website and subsequently make a purchase, PadelCompare may receive a commission or referral fee from that Partner Shop.

This affiliate relationship:

  • Does not increase the price you pay for any product.
  • Does not influence the ranking or presentation of products or shops, unless explicitly indicated (e.g., "Sponsored" or "Featured" labels).
  • Is the primary way PadelCompare generates revenue to fund the operation and development of the service.

4. User Responsibilities

By using PadelCompare, you agree to:

The PadelCompare name, logo, and branding are trademarks of PadelCompare B.V. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law:

  • PadelCompare provides the website and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
